Joe was SO patient with me. I had a very specific type of home and budget in mind. He always was on the lookout for new places for me to check out. The home that I ended up purchasing he found the FIRST DAY it was on the market, and got them to accept my offer before anyone else was even able to look at the house! He even got the sellers to give ME money. I am IN LOVE with it and it checks every single box that I needed. He also is a master negotiator and truly keeps his client’s best interest in mind.

Something that I really appreciated was that he was not there to upsell me, or rush me into just buying a house. He pointed out things that I likely would have overlooked. As a first time home buyer this meant the world to me. I had no idea what I was looking at. He always made sure that the bones of the house were solid (I like quirky older homes), and looked for things that may not be so obvious to the average Joe.
