Joe was a hard working guy who was always available when we called with a question. In addition if he didn't know the answer to our questions he would research the answer and get back to us promptly. Our situation was a bit unique in that we were located 350 miles away but Joe was always able to accommodate our needs when we came to town whether it was for a visit to a prospective property or followup work after a visit. He also was not hesitant to offer an opinion or advice about a particular property or location. We really needed that advice since we were not from the area.

It was also very convenient to have the settlement company located in his office building and to have the relationship between his company and the settlement company well established. Closing was extremely easy. The bottom line is I think Joe earned every bit of his commission and then some.
